Hi, I’m Ahsya

I’m passionate about movement. Movements we make with our bodies, our muscles, and how those movements, by habitually doing them don’t keep us healthy. Extreme athletes, think of CrossFit and cyclist GOATs miss out on increased power output and reduced injuries. my passion is to move them to their peak performance.

How do I work with you

My expertise is the analysis of movement. I acquired that expertise, first academically, later through additional studies of professionals who study GOATs. I analyze your movements in a particular exercise you perform, say a Crossfit box jump, and I determine whether your movement is correct for your body design, or whether you have developed a habit that is actually limiting your power output or increasing risk of injury. Then I put a plan together for correction. Working in my lab, through exercises, we stop that habit— I will be reprogramming your brain in a way — of movement, and, you'll move correctly.

<aside> 💡 Night and day. It’s unbelievable…. I don’t remember last time I didn’t wake up and feel my spine. All day I kept waiting for it and it didn’t happen. I feel some new things, but nothing like the fragile — my bones are going to shatter at any moment — feeling I’ve had for sooooo long. I’m not exaggerating at all. I didn’t tell anyone bc I didn’t want to jinx it!! I hate saying something is better then it goes away. So… I’m going to take this one day at a time, keep on course, and hope progress continues. 😊🤞
